  • The terms on new accounts are 50% deposit and 50% on completion. Those who pay 100% up front are eligible for a 10% discount, at the discretion of AzuleNavarre.com. We reserve the right to waive the deposit and also the right to ask for a larger deposit, at our sole discretion.
  • The best deals for regular accounts are pre-paid blocks. You can save as much as 50% of the hourly cost by paying in advance. Blocks of time are also good for those who are not sure where they want the site to go or what scope they want it to encompass. We create tasks and modules and add them as they become relevant or necessary, with customers paying as you go.
  • Terms are net/10. If your company's policies do not allow for such a rapid turnaround, let us know and we will work things out. We reserve the right to charge late fees if a pattern of late payments is established.
  • Quickbooks is a wonderful program. It will both email and print invoices so you get both. We also like to track the time we use on an Excel spreadsheet so you know exactly where your money is going. At the customers request, we will post that spreadsheet in a client area of our site so you may track it day to day. We always include a copy of the spreadsheet with your bill.
